Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Webster Technique?

The Webster Technique: a certified technique to help align the pelvis of a pregnant patient and give more space for the baby to move. For more information on the Webster Technique (or to find a chiropractor who is certified): ICPA

Do you only accept pregnant women and children as patients?
We welcome patients of all ages and genders! While we specialize in prenatal and postnatal care, we believe that chiropractic care is for everyone.
Why would my baby need to see a chiropractor?
Babies may experience spinal misalignment from their position in utero or during the birthing process. These misalignments can result in pain and discomfort (and nonstop crying!) from conditions such as colic and ear infections. Many parents have their babies checked after birth when they notice they turn their heads only one direction, have difficulty eating, sleeping, or digesting, or just seem ‘off’.
How can I book an appointment?

Call us or send a message here. We will collect some basic information and schedule you for the next available new patient appointment.

How soon can I schedule my first appointment?

Typically, we are able to see new patients the same day or the next day.

How long will my visit be?
Your first visit will last around 1 hour. Future visits will be shorter, around 15-20 minutes for an adjustment and 30 minutes for an established patient exam.
Do you accept my insurance?

Back Home Chiropractic is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Medicare.  We are happy to bill any PPO policy to see if they will help support your care.  We cannot accept HMO policies and Medicaid. We do offer affordable cash payment plans.
